Nouvelle signature d’un contrat d’inventaire et de numérisation pour la société TAG Heuer.

Nous sommes heureux de vous annoncer que nous venons de signer un nouveau contrat de numérisation avec la société TAG Heuer.

Comme pour notre précédente mission pour la Maison horlogère suisse, l’ensemble des archives ont été transportées dans les locaux de TRIBVN Imaging où elles sont stockées de manière sécurisée dans des conditions de température adaptées.

Nous allons travailler sur un fonds d’archives très varié avec différents phototypes (diapositives, ektas, films 35mm, …), catalogues et magazines, revues de presse, relevés techniques, supports magnétiques (VHS, Betamax, Umatic), magazines pigés, PLV…

Toutes ces archives seront classées par thème et par typologie. On pourra notamment retrouver les documents spécifiquement liés :

• à la vente de produits
• à des célébrités représentant la marque
• à l’histoire de la famille Heuer, par extension à l’histoire de la marque
• au sport, avec des photographies et affiches de compétitions sportives
• des dessins techniques
• du musée TAG Heuer

En tout, une quinzaine de thèmes rassembleront ces archives d’une valeur historique et inestimable pour la société TAG Heuer.

Sur ce projet, nous serons accompagnés par :

• Arkhênum sur la partie inventaire, reconditionnement et identification des documents ;
• Vectracom qui s’occupera de la numérisation audiovisuelle ;
• et enfin la société AGA Systems pour tout ce qui concerne l’analyse OCR, le filtrage des données et l’indexation des images ainsi que les outils connectés permettant de consulter les éléments numérisés.

Tous les originaux seront reconditionnés dès leur retour en Suisse, pour un archivage long terme.

Au total, ce sont plus de 300 000 images, 1200 supports optiques et 1000 supports magnétiques qui auront été numérisés depuis 2021.

New contract of inventory and digitization for the TAG Heuer company.

We are thrilled to announce that we have just signed a new digitization contract with TAG Heuer.

As with our previous mission for the Swiss luxury watchmaker, all of the archives were transported to the premises of TRIBVN Imaging where they are securely stored under suitable temperature conditions.

We will work on a variety of archives including different phototypes (slides, ektachromes, 35mm films, etc.), catalogs and magazines, press reviews, technical reports, magnetic media (VHS, Betamax, Umatic), flagged magazines, point-of-sale advertising, etc.

All these archives will be classified by theme and by typology. We will be able to find documents specifically related to :

• products sales
• celebrities representing the brand
• the history of the Heuer family and, by extension, the history of the bran
• sport, with photographs and posters of sports competitions
• technical drawings
• the TAG Heuer museum

In total, around fifteen themes will categorize these archives of historical and inestimable value for the TAG Heuer company.

On this project, we will collaborate with :

• Arkhênum on the inventory, reconditioning and identification of documents ;
• Vectracom who will take care of audiovisual digitization ;
• AGA Systems for OCR analysis, data filtering and images indexing, and also connected tools allowing consultation of the digitized elements.

All originals will be repackaged upon their return to Switzerland, for long-term archiving.

Since 2021, more than 300,000 images, 1,200 optical media and 1,000 magnetic media have been digitized.
